Fees & Payment Information
ExpressPath Care offers both insurance-based and self-pay services.
Insurance (New York Residents Only)
Select New York insurance plans are accepted.
Patients are responsible for:
- Copays
- Deductibles
- Coinsurance amounts as determined by their plan
Insurance eligibility is verified prior to scheduling.
Self-Pay (New York & Massachusetts)
Self-pay appointments are available for adults located in New York and Massachusetts.
Self-Pay Rates:
- Initial comprehensive evaluation 60 mins: $400
- Follow up/medication management 30 mins: $250
Payment is required prior to appointment confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
- Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
Stimulant Monitoring Requirements
For patients prescribed stimulant medications:
- Monthly follow-up visits are required
- Please have a home blood pressure monitor available during telehealth appointments
